Parking
Parking: This unit has one assigned parking space marked with the unit number (parking permit must be used and visible while parked in the assigned space or any guest space on the property) . Parking is patrolled by a third party company and will tow unpermitted vehicles on site. Never park in another units parking space. Guest spaces are available throughout the community on a first-come, first-served basis. Before departing, return the parking permits to the hooks by the door to avoid fees for missing permits. Neither Meridian Vacation Rentals nor the unit owner will be responsible for any fees associated with a towed vehicle.
WiFI
For Wi-Fi, connect to 5 Star Stay no passcode required. The Wi-Fi is secure after logging in via the splash page with your name and email.
Pool & Pool Towels
The heated pool is ready for your enjoyment! For access to both the pool and pool bathrooms, use the code 2023# until December 31, 2023. Starting January 1, 2024, the new code will be 8675#. In each bedroom, you'll find pool and beach towels. Additional towels are in the primary bedroom closet. If used at the beach, shake off any sand outside before bringing them into the unit. Please do not dry towels on the front railing; use the balcony instead. Bath towels are not for pool or beach use.
Cooler
You'll find a cooler in the kitchen for beach use. Feel free to use it along with the provided ice packs in the freezer during your stay. Please note that Bradenton Beach Police regularly patrol the beach, so alcohol is prohibited there. Kindly leave the cooler in the kitchen on the floor when you depart for sanitization.
Beach Toys
The balcony shed holds beach toys provided by the owner. Before departure, shake off sand from the toys and return them to the shed. You're welcome to park the wagon under the stairs in front of the unit during your stay—just remember to take your valuables with you.
Grilling
Grills are provided in the community and are charcoal Weber Barbecues. Please clean them after use.
